For Sale or Swap

Our house/grounds and coconut business are for sale for $315,000 (US Dollars). Alternatively, we will swap for a house or a cruising catamaran (38ft-42ft equipped for long-term cruising) or monohull (42ft-48ft equipped for long-term cruising). We would be interested in properties in Portugal (including the Azores), France or Sweden although other countries will be considered. House or boat value up to $175,000, the remainder in cash. The house must be ready to move into.


A combination of a smaller home & boat would also be possible. The house & boat should be up to $175,000- $200,000 and the remainder in cash.
